Suge is suing the star for not having better security at 1Oak, the club which hosted the party, and for letting at least one armed person into the party. He also claims the 27-year-old has a history of having events that attract violence.
The music mogul cited complications from his injuries, including a blood clot, in his legal docs.
Additionally, his lawyers believe it was his fear after the shooting which led him to flee when he ran down two men after being attacked in his car.
There’s no word on how much Suge is suing Chris for.
